تـأثیر کم آبیاری بر عملکرد، اجزاء عملکرد و تولید بذر سه رقم هندوانه (citrullus lanatus (thunb) matsum and nakai)

به منظور بررسی تأثیر سه تیمارکم آبیاری براساس تبخیر از تشتک کلاس a شامل (t1) آبیاری براساس 1= et، (t2) آبیاری براساس 75/0 = et و (t3) آبیاری براساس 50/0 = et ، بر عملکرد، اجزاء عملکرد و عملکرد بذر در سه رقم هندوانه (چارلستون گری، کریمسون سوئیت و شوگر بیبی)، پژوهشی به صورت کرت های خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی در 4 تکرار به مدت 2 سال (1386 - 1385) در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی ورامین انجام شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بر خلاف تیمار t3، بین دو تیمار t1 و t2 از نظر عملکرد و اجزاء عملکرد تفاوت معنی داری وجود نداشت. در میان اجزاء عملکرد، تعداد میوه در هر بوته بیشترین تأثیر منفی را از تنش رطوبتی شدید (t3) متحمل گردید (20/1 میوه در هر بوته). ضخامت پوست میوه، درصد مواد جامد محلول در میوه و عملکرد بذر تحت تأثیر تنش رطوبتی قرار نگرفت. مقایسه ضرایب همبستگی فنوتیپی صفات بیانگر همبستگی معنی دار مثبت (سطح احتمال 1 درصد) بین میانگین وزن و تعداد میوه با عملکرد میوه بود. رقم کریمسون سوئیت بالاترین میزان عملکرد (2533 کیلوگرم در هکتار) را نسبت به دو رقم چارلستون گری و شوگر بیبی تولید نمود. ارقام کریمسون سوئیت و شوگر بیبی به ترتیب با تولید 7/311 و 2/298 کیلوگرم در هکتار بالاترین مقادیرعملکرد بذر را تولید نمودند. رقم کریمسون سوئیت بالاترین درصد مواد جامد محلول در میوه (35/1) را داشت. ضخامت پوست میوه در رقم های کریمسون سوئیت، چارلستون گری و شوگر بیبی به ترتیب برابر بود با 35/1، 13/1 و 10/1 سانتی متر. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد با وجود تنش های رطوبتی متوسط (75/0et = ) می توان عملکردهای میوه و بذر مشابه با شرایط بدون تنش رطوبتی داشت.
